Çatalca Fuel Station Solar Power Plant

The Çatalca Fuel Station Solar Power Plant, implemented in Çatalca, Istanbul, is included among the commercial solar energy projects in Solemar Energy’s current project portfolio. The project is an example of how suitable roof and operational areas at fuel stations can be utilised for solar energy generation.

Site Characteristics

The structural system of the fuel station canopy and the existing electrical infrastructure were assessed, and the installation was carried out using a non-penetrating mounting system. Cable routes and electrical protection components were designed and installed in accordance with the safety requirements applicable to fuel station environments.

Project Process

From the initial site survey and quotation stage through to commissioning, the grid connection call letter, project approval and acceptance procedures were managed by our team. Following commissioning, the system was connected to a remote monitoring platform.
