Bayrampaşa Fuel Station Solar Power Plant

The Bayrampaşa Fuel Station Solar Power Plant, implemented by Solemar Energy in Bayrampaşa, Istanbul, is one of the company’s commercial solar energy projects, with an installed capacity of 35.4 kWp DC / 25 kWe AC. The project is a commercial solar application designed to utilise suitable areas of the fuel station structure for solar energy generation.

Site Characteristics

The structural system of the fuel station canopy and the existing electrical infrastructure were assessed, and the installation was carried out using a non-penetrating mounting system. Cable routes and electrical protection components were designed and installed in accordance with the safety requirements applicable to fuel station environments.

Project Process

From the initial site survey and quotation stage through to commissioning, the grid connection call letter, project approval and acceptance procedures were managed by our team. Following commissioning, the system was connected to a remote monitoring platform.

In areas with dense commercial development such as Istanbul, utilising existing roof areas for electricity generation represents an important opportunity for solar energy investments. The Bayrampaşa project is one of Solemar Energy’s reference projects in the fields of commercial solar energy systems in Istanbul and solar panel installations for fuel stations.
