Arnavutköy Fuel Station Solar Power Plant

The Arnavutköy Fuel Station Solar Power Plant, implemented by Solemar Energy in Istanbul, is one of the company’s commercial solar energy projects, with an installed capacity of 63.2 kWp DC / 49 kWe AC. The project is among Solemar Energy’s fuel station solar power installations in Istanbul.

Site Characteristics

The structural system of the fuel station canopy and the existing electrical infrastructure were assessed, and the installation was carried out using a non-penetrating mounting system. Cable routes and electrical protection components were designed and installed in accordance with the safety requirements applicable to fuel station environments.

Project Process

From the initial site survey and quotation stage through to commissioning, the grid connection call letter, project approval and acceptance procedures were managed by our team. Following commissioning, the system was connected to a remote monitoring platform.

The large and suitable roof areas of fuel stations can be utilised for electricity generation through solar panels. The project implemented in Arnavutköy is one of Solemar Energy’s solar energy projects in Istanbul, demonstrating how existing areas of commercial facilities can be used for solar electricity generation.
